Counselling that works best to suit your requirements.
I support all of my clients to get the best results from their counselling sessions so that they can begin their recovery process. Honesty, respect and trust are essential for us to work together in order for you to overcome the issues that are holding you back. I have encouraged and guided many clients through their process of recovery and making positive changes, with more effective communication in their relationships.
How I will work with you and what you can expect.
From me you can expect confidentiality and openness and genuine honesty. I prefer to work together with my clients so that they understand exactly what is going on through-out their counselling session. It is not just me talking or the client talking it’s a blended counselling session. I teach my clients how to identify what is going on for them, their triggers, their body responses, their unconscious thought & behaviour patterns. I give client’s some techniques that they can use in their everyday lives. This helps them to maintain what they have achieved.
I genuinely believe that honesty, respect and trust are essential for us to work together. I believe client’s deserves to be listened to, heard and understood in order for them to begin their recovery process. This then frees the client from issues that once kept them stuck, to make positive changes to move forward.
