Many people suffer from anxiety and don’t know how to overcome this. I personally suffered from Anxiety & Panic Attacks for 22 years.
Anxiety and Panic Attacks are based on fear but clients don’t always know why their anxiety was triggered. One minute they were excited about going out with their friends and then the next minute they couldn’t breathe or felt like they were sick or nervous or having a heart attack.
This can happen out of the blue such as being in work and all of a sudden you can’t breathe. I know this because this often happens to me. I started to dread going out to social events and even family events. My mind was constantly working overtime on what other people might say or think. I would often squirm when I was in certain situations, overheat and constantly being on RED ALERT! I couldn’t wait to get out of the spotlight and away from the harsh stares and judgment of others and get home to feel safe again.
